Meet Zucchini! At just 2 years old, Zucchini is the perfect mix of playful, cuddly, and charming. This little Chihuahua is bursting with personality and joy — the kind of dog who makes every day brighter just by being in it.

Zucchini loves everyone he meets — dogs, cats, kids, and all people alike. He’s social, trusting, and always ready for fun. Whether it’s going on walks, chasing toys, or burrowing himself into a pile of soft blankets, he does everything with enthusiasm and a wagging tail.

When playtime is over, Zucchini turns into a professional snuggler, happiest curled up in a cozy bed or right beside you. He’s crate trained but also perfectly well-behaved loose in the house while you’re at work. He’s also treat motivated, making training a breeze. Zucchini is up to date on all vaccines, heartworm negative, and microchipped.

Zucchini is the total package — affectionate, adaptable, and endlessly sweet.

Adoption process: After your phone screening, we can schedule a meet and greet / the start of your foster-to-adopt trial. All adoptions have a 2 week minimum foster-to-adopt trial to make sure that the pet is the right fit for your home, and vice versa. Zucchini's adoption fee is $400, which would be due after the foster-to-adopt period. If you are located outside of Texas, we offer to-your-door transportation and have so many happy families as references. We are very transparent about the process so feel free to ask any questions.
