Sweet, Silly, and Full of Love – Meet Bluebird!

Bluebird is a 2-year-old deaf pittie mix with a heart as bright as her name. She was found last winter at a school bus yard, waiting patiently for someone to notice her. Since then, she’s been making up for lost time—bouncing, frolicking, and showering everyone she meets with love.

This petite powerhouse is incredibly food-motivated (will work for treats!) and absolutely adores learning new things. Despite her hearing impairment, she’s a quick study who’s already potty trained, crate trained, leash trained, and picking up obedience cues like a pro. She’s great on walks, loves to be carried, and finds pure joy in playtime with her canine pals.

Bluebird is dog-friendly, cat-tolerant, and has never met a human she didn’t love—from rowdy toddlers to gentle seniors. She’s affectionate, gentle, and happiest when she’s cuddled up after a good romp in the yard or play session.

She’s spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative, and fully vaccinated—ready for her forever family to see just how special she is.

Adoption process: After your phone screening, we can schedule a meet and greet / the start of your foster-to-adopt trial. All adoptions have a 2 week minimum foster-to-adopt trial to make sure that the pet is the right fit for your home, and vice versa. Bluebird's adoption fee is $250, which would be due after the foster-to-adopt period.
