Hershey

3 year old Hershey is a super dog friendly lovebug with the most gorgeous black brindle coat and curly tail. In the summer of 2022, this stray momma raised her three babies in an abandoned lot. Hershey’s puppies have all been adopted, but this gentle, sometimes timid girl, is still waiting for her perfect home. She weighs about 45 lbs, is spayed, fully vetted and heartworm negative. Hershey takes treats gently, knows sit and shake, and walks well on a leash. She’s house trained, non-destructive, and crate trained. Hershey’s unknown past likely included some trauma, and she is timid with new men, but warms up with treats and kind words. She has a beautiful spirit and so much love to give. She would be a wonderful family dog, retirement companion, or anything in between. She would also be a great pup for an apartment.
