Would you believe us if we told you PHOEBE is not a puppy?! This three-year old pocket pittie is simply a joy. She’s looking for her forever home and promises to make you laugh and feel oh so loved in exchange for a home. Phoebe ADORES children and would be best suited for a home with young children. She is the best cuddler and loves to sleep in her owner's bed at night. She is friendly with other dogs, but prefers not to share her people with other canines. Phoebe's original foster was male and she bonds more quickly to men than to women, but truly loves everyone.
