Sheba

Sugar-sweet SHEBA has an enormous heart and gives the best cuddles. At two-years old and about 45lbs, Sheba is dog and all-human friendly. Her silky smooth coat, adorable underbite, and floppy ears all add to her charm. Sheba loves meeting new people, leaning in for pets, and getting belly rubs. She is house, crate and potty trained and shows no aggression. Sheba loves sleeping in her foster parents’ bed but also sleeps soundly in her crate. Most pups in her foster home are super excited for their morning outdoor romp, but Sheba makes sure to do her rounds and say good morning to the whole family before heading out to go potty. With the love and patience of the staff at the Weatherford Parker Co. Animal Shelter and her Code Red Animal Project Inc. family, Sheba transformed from skiddish stray to the sweetest lovebug. She plays appropriately and joyfully with dogs of all sizes, loves chew toys, and walks very well on a leash. Sheba is ready to find her perfect forever family and will truly be a star in any home. She has medium energy and adapts well to any environment. We could see her as an apartment dog who enjoys jaunts through town and visits to her favorite coffee shop or brewery, as a cherished family dog who always has a seat at the princess tea party (tutu donned, of course), or as a retirement companion for a couple who loves the occasional RV trip or visits to the grands.
