Susie

Susie is a 1.5 year old yellow-lab mix with the happiest ear-to-ear grin! She loves to have fun and frolic with friends, chew on her favorite chews, and play with any and all toys. Susie is wonderful with other dogs, has lived in harmony with cats, and enjoys being around her people. She is truly phenomenal in a crate, and finds comfort in having that "den" when learning a new home. She is great on a leash and rides well in the car. Susie is also perfectly house trained and lets you know when she has to go potty. Susie is a little timid around new people, so she would likely prefer a home with another dog. She is fully vetted: microchipped, spayed, HW-, and up to date on vaccines.

Susie's history: Susie and her three siblings had been dumped in a park at around 11 months of age. Her siblings were easily leashed and adopted together. Little Susie, the most skittish of the family, took longer to catch, and ended up with our rescue. She has grown so much in confidence and in her trust of people.
